New Issue: Citigroup prices $775,000 autocallable market-linked notes linked to S&P

Chicago, Oct. 10 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $775,000 of 0% autocallable market-linked notes due March 27, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index closes at or above the initial index level on March 24, 2025, the notes will be automatically called at par plus 10%.

If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return capped at 12%. If the final index level is less than or equal to the initial index level, the payout will be par.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
