New Issue: Citigroup prices $606,000 7.7% autocallable equity securities linked to S&P ETF

Chicago, Oct. 3 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $606,000 of 7.7% autocallable equity-linked securities due Sept. 29, 2023 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be paid monthly.

The securities will be called automatically starting March 24, 2023 at par if the level of the ETF is greater than or equal to its initial level and on any subsequent quarterly valuation date.

The payout at maturity will be par if the ETF ends at or above its 70% final barrier. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
