New Issue: Citigroup prices $700,000 autocallable barrier securities linked to Russell
Chicago, Oct. 2 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $700,000 of 0% autocallable barrier securities due Sept. 30, 2027 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called automatically if the level of the index is greater than or equal to its initial level on Sept. 27, 2023 at a premium of 13% and on any subsequent annual valuation date.
If the index gains the payout will be par plus the greater of the index return and the final 25% call premium. Investors will receive par if the index declines but ends at or above its 75% final barrier and they will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines if it finishes below the final barrier.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
