Chicago, Sept. 12 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.66 million of 0% autocallable market-linked securities due Aug. 31, 2028 linked to the Citi Dynamic Asset Selector 5 Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The securities are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The securities will be automatically called at par plus an annualized call premium of 7.75% if the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual call observation date.
If the securities have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain. If the index finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
