New Issue: Citigroup prices $567,000 autocallable market-linked notes on Nasdaq
Chicago, Aug. 29 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $567,000 of 0% autocallable market-linked notes due Aug. 24, 2026 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus an early redemption premium of 7.3% if the index closes at or above the initial level on Aug. 22, 2023.
If the notes have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain. If the index finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par.
