Chicago, Aug. 24 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $12.62 million of 0% upturn securities due Sept. 26, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of the index return, subject to a maximum return of par plus 13.91%.
Investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the index.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
