New Issue: Citigroup prices $203,000 enhanced barrier digital securities linked to Qualcomm

Chicago, Aug. 17 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $203,000 of 0% enhanced barrier digital securities due Jan. 30, 2024 linked to the common stock of Qualcomm Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the stock finishes above its 61% final barrier then the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the 10% digital payment or the return of the index, capped at par plus 28%. Otherwise, the notes will pay par less 1% for every 1% decline of the stock, payable in 6.52529 shares or cash at the option of the issuer.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
