Chicago, Aug. 16 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $500,000 of 0% enhanced barrier digital securities due Aug. 24, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes above its 80% final barrier then the payout at maturity will be par plus the 12.55% digital payment. Otherwise, the notes will pay par less 1% for every 1% decline of the index.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
