New Issue: Citigroup prices $2.8 million autocallable index-linked notes on S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., Aug. 14 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.8 million of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due Aug. 6, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual call date, the notes will be called at par plus 8.53% per year.

If the notes are not called and the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 62.8%.

Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
