New York, Aug. 8 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $20 million of 0% autocallable securities due Aug. 8, 2033 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The securities will be called automatically starting on Aug. 9, 2024 with a premium of a 9.5% annual rate if the index closes above its initial value on any annual review date.
If the index gains the payout at maturity will be par plus the premium for the final valuation date. Otherwise investors lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
