New Issue: Citigroup prices $31.83 million autocallable securities linked to Dow, S&P

Chicago, July 11 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $31.83 million of 0% autocallable securities due Feb. 25, 2028 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The securities will be called automatically starting on Feb. 21, 2024 at par plus an 8.6% annual rate if the worst performing index closes at or above its 80% barrier level on any quarterly review date.

If the worst performing index closes at or above its 80% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the 43% premium for the final valuation date. Otherwise, investors lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
