New Issue: Citigroup sells $1.35 million autocallable market-linked securities on S&P, Russell, Nasdaq

Columbus, Ohio, June 28 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.35 million of 0% autocallable market-linked securities due June 11, 2025 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes will be called at par plus a 6.75% call premium if each index closes at or above its initial level on June 6, 2024.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain in the least performing index. If the least performing index finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
