New Issue: Citi levels $845,000 10.05% autocallable equity notes on Nasdaq, Russell, S&P

Chicago, June 28 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. sold $845,000 of 10.05% autocallable equity linked securities due Feb. 6, 2024 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Coupons are payable monthly.
The securities will be called automatically at par on any monthly observation date starting May 3, 2023 if the level of the worst performing index is greater than or equal to its initial level.
The payout at maturity will be par if the worst performing index ends at or above its 70% final barrier level. Otherwise investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
