Chicago, June 21 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.69 million of autocallable contingent coupon equity-linked securities due July 5, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 7.5% paid monthly if the index closes at or above its 75% coupon barrier on the related valuation date.
The securities will be called automatically starting Nov. 30, 2023 if the level of the index is greater than or equal to its initial level and on any subsequent monthly valuation date.
If the index finishes at or above its 75% final barrier the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise investors will lose 1% loss for every 1% that the index declines.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
