New Issue: Citigroup prices $475,000 autocallable barrier securities linked to Russell 2000

Chicago, June 7 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $475,000 of 0% autocallable barrier securities due Jan. 31, 2028 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index gains or falls flat, the payout will be par plus the greater of the index return and 25%. Investors will receive par if the index declines but ends at or above its 75% final barrier level and they will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines if it finishes below the final barrier level.
The notes will be called automatically at par plus 11.1% per year if the level of the index is greater than or equal to its initial level on any annual call date.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
