New Issue: Citigroup prices $475,000 autocallable barrier securities linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, June 7 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $475,000 of 0% autocallable barrier securities due Jan. 31, 2028 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its initial value, the payout will be par plus the greater of the index return and 30%. Investors will receive par if the index declines but ends at or above its 75% final barrier, and they will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines if it finishes below the final barrier.
The notes will be called automatically at par plus 11.5% per year if the level of the index is greater than or equal to its initial level on an annual call date.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
