Chicago, June 5 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $245,000 of 0% market-linked notes due Jan. 31, 2028 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the index return subject to a maximum return of par plus 45%. Otherwise investors will receive par.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
