New Issue: Citigroup prices $1.2 million autocallable market-linked securities on Citi Dynamic index

Buffalo, N.Y., June 2 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.2 million of 0% autocallable market-linked securities due May 31, 2030 linked to the Citi Dynamic Asset Selector 5 Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The securities are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The securities will be automatically called at par plus an annualized call premium of 9% if the index closes at or above its call level on any annual valuation date. Call level starts at 100.5% of initial level and steps up by 50 basis points per year.

If the securities have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain. If the index finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
