Tacoma, Wash., May 31 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $206,000 of 0% market-linked securities due July 11, 2025 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the lesser-performing index, subject to a maximum payout of $1,437 and a minimum payout of $950 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
