New York, May 30 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $515,000 of 0% buffer securities due July 13, 2027 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index gains the payout at maturity will be par plus 134% of the worst performing index return. Investors will receive par if the worst performing index declines but ends above the 15% buffer and will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond the buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
