New Issue: Citigroup prices $500,000 enhanced barrier digital plus notes linked to three stocks

Chicago, May 24 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $500,000 of 0% enhanced barrier digital plus securities due July 5, 2024 linked to the worst performing of the common stocks of Apple Inc., Bank of America Corp. and Berkshire Hathaway Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final level of the lesser-performing stock is greater than or equal to its final barrier level, 70% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 30.5%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the lesser-performing underlying declines from its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
