New Issue: Citi prices $660,000 equity-linked securities on BofA, JPMorgan

Chicago, May 23 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $660,000 of 7.5% equity-linked securities due July 3, 2023 tied to the worst performing of the stocks of Bank of America Corp. and JPMorgan Chase & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Interest is payable monthly.

If each stock’s final level is greater than or equal to its final barrier value, 60% of initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final interest payment.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the losses of the worst performer, payable as shares or cash at the issuer’s option, with the final interest payment.
