New Issue: Citigroup prices $474,000 autocallable securities linked to S&P 500

Chicago, May 11 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $474,000 of 0% autocallable securities due June 23, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The securities will be called automatically starting on June 21, 2023 with a premium of a 11.25% annual rate if the index closes above its initial value and on any subsequent annual review date.

If the index gains the payout at maturity will be par plus the 33.75% premium for the final valuation date. Investors will receive par if the index declines but ends above the 90% buffer or will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond the buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
