New Issue: Citigroup prices $772,000 10.63% autocallable equity-linked notes on Dexcom

Chicago, May 10 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $772,000 of 10.63% autocallable equity-linked securities due June 20, 2025 linked to the common stock of Dexcom, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Coupons will be paid quarterly.

The securities will be called automatically starting Dec. 14, 2022 at par if the level of the stock is greater than or equal to its initial level and on any subsequent quarterly valuation date.

The payout at maturity will be par if the stock ends at or above its 50% final barrier. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the stock declines.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
