New Issue: Citigroup prices $250,000 buffered digital securities linked to S&P 500

Chicago, May 1 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $250,000 of 0% buffered digital securities due June 13, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 22.75%. If the final index level is less than the initial index level but greater than or equal to 75% of the initial index level, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 25%.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
