New Issue: Citigroup prices $630,000 5.75% callable equity-linked securities linked to S&P

Chicago, April 27 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $630,000 of 5.75% callable equity-linked securities due May 30, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Coupons will be paid quarterly.

The securities may be called at par on each quarterly coupon payment date starting after one year.

If the index gains or declines but ends above its 60% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines if it finishes below its downside threshold level.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
