New Issue: Citigroup prices $328,000 autocallable market-linked notes on S&P 500

Chicago, April 24 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $328,000 of 0% autocallable market-linked notes due Dec. 28, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus an early redemption premium of 7.75% if the index closes at or above its initial level on Dec. 22, 2023.

If the notes have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times any index gain. If the index finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
