New Issue: Citigroup prices $1 million buffer securities linked to Alphabet, Amazon, Apple

New York, April 14 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1 million of 0% buffer securities due April 15, 2026 linked to the common stocks of Alphabet Inc., Amazon.com, Inc. and Apple Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing stock gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 179.1% of that stock’s return.

Investors will receive par if the worst performing stock declines by no more than 20% and will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing stock declines beyond 20%.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
