New Issue: Citigroup prices $340,000 digital securities on S&P, Russell

Chicago, March 31 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $340,000 of 0% digital securities due Dec. 12, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level of each index is greater than or equal to the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the 50.25% digital return.

Investors will share in losses of the worst performing index.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
