New Issue: Citigroup prices $25.55 million dual directional trigger PLUS linked to S&P 500

New York, March 27 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $25.55 million of 0% dual directional trigger PLUS due Aug. 5, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the index return subject to a maximum return of par plus 17.8%. Investors will receive a 1% gain for each 1% loss if the index declines but finishes above the 80% principal barrier and they will lose 1% for every 1% decline if the index ends below its principal barrier.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
