New Issue: Citigroup prices $1.19 million 7.35% callable equity linked securities linked to S&P 500

Chicago, March 17 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.19 million of 7.35% callable equity linked securities due Dec. 5, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index gains or declines but ends above its 60% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines if it finishes below its downside threshold level.

The securities may be called starting Dec. 5, 2023 at par and on any subsequent quarterly review date.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
