Chicago, Feb. 17 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.2 million of 0% contingent barrier digital notes due May 17, 2023 linked to Amazon.com, Inc. common stock, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final share price is greater than 80% of the initial level, the payout will be par plus 16.55%.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the losses of the stock.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
