New Issue: Citigroup prices $9.18 million autocallable market-linked notes linked to Nasdaq, Russell

Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 10 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $9.18 million of 0% autocallable market-linked notes due Jan. 27, 2028 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B8 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus a 6.5% annualized call premium if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly valuation date after one year.
If the notes have not been called and each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 32.5%. Otherwise, investors will receive par.
