New Issue: Citi prices $508,000 market-linked notes tied to EM ETF, Stoxx index

Chicago, Jan. 31 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $508,000 of 0% market-linked notes due May 4, 2027 linked to the worst performing of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If each underlier finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the worst performer’s return.

Otherwise, investors will receive par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
