New Issue: Citigroup prices $7.68 million autocallable buffer securities linked to S&P 500

New York, Dec. 9 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $7.68 million of 0% autocallable buffer securities due Dec. 10, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called automatically at a premium of 9.55% per year if the index closes at or above its premium threshold value on an annual review date. The premium threshold value is 95% of the initial index level on the first two review dates and 90% of the initial index level on the final review date.

If the index finishes at or above its premium threshold value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 28.65%. Investors will receive par if the index ends below its premium threshold value but at or above its 85% buffer level. Otherwise, they will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond the buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
