New Issue: Citigroup prices $3.74 million buffered digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 8 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $3.74 million of 0% buffered digital notes due July 15, 2024 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 82.5% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 22.7%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.2121% for every 1% the index declines beyond 17.5%.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
