New Issue: Citigroup prices $826,000 enhanced barrier digital plus securities linked to SPDR S&P 500 ETF

Chicago, Dec. 7 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $826,000 of 0% enhanced barrier digital plus securities due April 2, 2027 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF finishes above its 75% final barrier then the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the 20% digital payment and the ETF return. Otherwise, the notes will pay par less 1% for every 1% decline of the ETF, payable as shares or cash at the issuer’s option.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
