Chicago, Nov. 14 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $489,000 of callable contingent coupon equity linked securities due March 20, 2029 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 6% per year, paid quarterly, if the index closes at or above its 65% coupon barrier on the related valuation date.
The securities may be called starting June 15 at par and on any subsequent quarterly review date.
The payout at maturity will be par if the index ends at or above its 60% final barrier. Otherwise investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
