New Issue: Citi prices $1.58 million 16.9% buffered equity linked securities on three tech stocks

New York, Oct. 26 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.58 million of 16.9% buffered equity linked securities due Oct. 24, 2024 linked to the common stocks of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., Microsoft Corp. and Trade Desk, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be paid monthly.

If the worst performing stock finishes at or above its 80% buffer level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% the worst performing stock declines beyond 20%.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
