New Issue: Citigroup sells $11.16 million dual directional trigger PLUS on iShares Russell 1000 Growth

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 6 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $11.16 million of 0% dual directional trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Dec. 5, 2023 linked to the iShares Russell 1000 Growth ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 150% of the gain, up to a maximum return of 13%.

If the fund falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the return.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as the dealer.
