New Issue: Citigroup prices $4 billion 6.125% 10-year senior notes at Treasuries plus 190 bps

Omaha, Nov. 15 - Citigroup Inc. priced $4 billion of 6.125% 10-year senior notes at Treasuries plus 190 basis points, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

The notes (Aa2/AA/AA) priced at 99.572 to yield 6.183%.

There is a make-whole call option for tax purposes only.

Citigroup was the bookrunner.
