New Issue: Citi sells $6.23 million market-linked notes tied to S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., Aug. 9 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $6.23 million of 0% market-linked notes due Aug. 3, 2029 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, subject to a maximum return of par plus 30%. Otherwise, investors will receive par.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is the dealer.
