New Issue: Citigroup prices $10 million floating-rate notes linked to SOFR

Columbus, Ohio, July 25 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $10 million of floating-rate notes due July 25, 2029, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The interest rate is equal to SOFR plus a spread of 175 basis points, subject to a minimum interest rate of 0% per year. Interest is payable quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par.

Citigroup Inc. guarantees the notes.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
