New Issue: Citigroup prices $546,000 market-linked notes tied to SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust

New York, July 25 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $546,000 of 0% market-linked notes due Jan. 2, 2026 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the ETF return, subject to a maximum return of par plus 30%. Otherwise, investors will receive par.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
