New Issue: Citi sells $10,000 enhanced buffered digital securities on S&P, Russell

Buffalo, N.Y., July 25 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $10,000 of 0% enhanced buffered digital securities due July 2, 2024 linked to the worst performing of the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final level of each index is greater than or equal to 85% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 14.75%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the worst performer below 15%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
