Columbus, Ohio, July 20 – Citigroup Inc. priced $117.52 million of 5% five-year callable notes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be payable semiannually.
Beginning July 20, 2023, the notes will be callable quarterly at par.
The payout at maturity will be par.
