New Issue: Citigroup prices $5.59 million autocallable market-linked notes on S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., July 6 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $5.59 million of 0% autocallable market-linked notes due June 30, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes will be automatically called at plus 15.5% if the index closes at or above its initial level on June 27, 2024.

If the notes have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain. If the index finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.
