Columbus, Ohio, June 28 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $6.47 million of 0% market-linked securities – leveraged upside participation to a cap and fixed percentage buffered downside due June 24, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 110% of any gain in the index, up to a maximum payout of par plus 28%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10%
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.
