New Issue: Citigroup sells $3.13 million barrier digital securities linked to S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., June 21 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $3.13 million of 0% barrier digital securities due Dec. 18, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final level of the index is greater than or equal to its digital barrier, 80% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 26.5%.

If the index finishes below its digital barrier but at or above its 60% downside threshold level, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index from its initial level.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
