Columbus, Ohio, June 14 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $50 million of floating-rate notes due July 10, 2023 based on SOFR, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate is SOFR plus a spread of 70 basis points with a floor of 0% for the interest rate. Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par plus accrued interest.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
